This track diagram relies heavily on first-hand sources gathered from official sources and Hong Kong Map Service’s survey maps, supplemented with information gathered from secondary sources, such as old photos and engineering drawings reposted on online forums and social networking sites. Accounts of front line railway workers were also considered. E. & O. E.. Please reach out to the editor for any inaccuracies in this diagram. Future railways’ track layouts are for reference only and may not reflect the as-built layout. In case of discrepancies in translation, the English version prevails over the Chinese version.

The editors consolidated data from multiple parties and created this drawing out of good will solely to facilitate railway enthusiasts’ research on Hong Kong’s railway system. The editors will not bear any legal responsibilities stemming from misuses and abuses of this drawing for illegal purposes.
